Uploaded images: Product photos you upload for AI processing and image generation.
Payment information: Billing details processed through our payment provider, Creem. We do not store your full credit card number or payment credentials on our servers.

Information collected automatically

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, generation history, and interaction patterns.
Device information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and device identifiers.
Log data: IP address, access timestamps, referring URLs, and error logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
To process your uploaded images through our AI pipeline and generate listing image packs.
To process payments and manage your credits and subscription.
To send transactional emails, such as account confirmations, generation completion notifications, and billing receipts.
To improve our AI models, user experience, and platform performance through aggregated and anonymized usage analysis.
To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase, a secure and GDPR-compliant database platform. Uploaded images and generated images are stored in secure cloud storage with encryption at rest.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

Encrypted data transmission via TLS/SSL.
Encrypted storage of uploaded and generated images.
HttpOnly cookies for session management to prevent XSS attacks.
Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

We share your data with the following third-party services as necessary to provide the Service:

fal.ai: We send your uploaded product images to fal.ai for AI-powered image generation and 4K upscaling. Your images are processed in accordance with fal.ai's data processing policies and are not used for model training.
Creem: Our payment processing partner handles all financial transactions, including credit purchases and subscription billing. Creem processes your payment information in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
Supabase: Our cloud database provider stores your account data, generation history, and uploaded/generated images. Supabase maintains SOC 2 compliance.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Cookie Policy

Prodify uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience:

Essential cookies: Session cookies (HttpOnly) required for authentication and secure access to the Service. These cannot be disabled without impacting functionality.
Functional cookies: Cookies that remember your preferences, such as language settings and UI choices.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent you from logging in.

6. Data Retention

Account data: Retained for the lifetime of your account and for up to 30 days after account deletion.
Uploaded images: Original uploads are retained for as long as your account is active. They are permanently deleted within 30 days of account termination.
Generated images: Retained as long as your account is active so you can re-download them. Deleted within 30 days of account termination.
Transaction records: Retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the following rights regarding your data:

Access: You may request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate personal data.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data. We will comply within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
Portability: You may request your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
Objection: You may object to the processing of your data for specific purposes.
